Where professionalism meets care
The name "ProCare" was chosen with intention. "Pro" stands for professionalism — the rigorous training, clinical expertise, and evidence-based approach every practitioner brings to the table. "Care" represents compassion — the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine concern we show each client who walks through our doors. Together, ProCare reflects our core belief: true healing happens when professional excellence meets heartfelt care. Through years of systematic study and clinical training, Dr. Jin came to deeply understand that integrative medicine is not just a way to treat illness — it is a path to restoring balance and returning to a natural way of living. With this belief, he opened the first ProCare clinic in Fairfax, at the heart of Northern Virginia.
Starting in Fairfax — growing through trust
Soon after opening, ProCare quickly earned the trust of nearby residents. Many people first walked through the doors seeking help for acute or chronic pain, insomnia, or anxiety. Through professional and attentive care, they not only found relief from their symptoms but also experienced a sense of being truly heard and cared for. After their conditions improved, many chose to stay for long-term wellness support — integrating acupuncture and herbal medicine into their regular health routine.
Because of this deep trust, just six months after opening, the Fairfax clinic doubled in size and added therapeutic massage (Tui Na), moxibustion therapy, and an expanded herbal pharmacy offering personalized formulas. Today, ProCare has become the "go-to choice" for many DMV residents dealing with pain — not because of advertising, but because of word-of-mouth trust and real results.

As the clinic has grown, more acupuncturists and other wellness professionals have joined ProCare. Among them are specialists in sports rehabilitation, women's health, pediatric massage, and senior wellness. Each practitioner brings their own expertise and passion to the team — and every new member undergoes rigorous professional training at ProCare to ensure they meet our standards. This transformation has turned ProCare from a one-person practice into a professional, diverse, and supportive medical team. 2025 · McLean — Expanding Care, Elevating Wellness. To better serve residents in and around McLean, ProCare opened its second location in 2025. The McLean clinic offers specialized services including Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture (natural beauty service) and Herbal Scalp Therapy (anxiety relief, insomnia treatment, and head relaxation). The clinic is designed as a calm, private space with a focus on stress management and integrated mind-body care — making it particularly well-suited for busy professionals under high work pressure and women seeking deep internal wellness.
2026 · Germantown — Serving Maryland, Three Locations in Sync. In 2026, ProCare opened its third clinic in Germantown, Maryland, officially forming a service network that spans Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia — the entire DMV region. This step is more than just geographic expansion. It is a fulfillment of the promise to make integrative medicine more accessible.
